The Lot Spa Hotel is located on the shore of the Dead Sea. The hotel is a spa hotel and the spa facilities have recently undergone a total refit and been given a complete facelift with the assistance of ProSpa. The services provided to the hotel by ProSpa included advice regarding the renovation of therapy and treatment rooms and advice regarding new equipment and treatment facilities for additional rooms within the spa complex in keeping with the character and needs of the spa. In addition, ProSpa provided the spa's management with advice and guidance regarding a new operational design for the spa including enrichment and expansion of the treatments offered, an increase in the number of treatments offered, a change in marketing and sales strategies and more.
