At the Hotel Pastoral in Kfar Blum, ProSpa supplied general support for the construction of a luxurious spa in a peaceful, pastoral setting, designed to provide extra facilities for the hotel's guests as well as an additional source of revenue. The project consisted of two main stages. The first stage included supervising the planning process with the support of advisors and professionals and supervision of the actual construction process. The second stage included all the parameters needed for the day to day running of the spa: marketing and sales, staff recruitment and training, development of a work ethic that ensures optimal operation. Due to the success of the project, hotel management will be able to raise room rates' and thereby guarantee a return on their investment that is not dependant on the spas profitability.
