The Oasis Hotel in the Dead Sea was recently upgraded to a Spa Hotel within the framework of a project that was supervised and managed by ProSpa. The project included new design features, renovation and refurbishing, development and implementation of a new image for the spa and recruitment and training of new staff including a spa management team, therapists and reception staff. ProSpas involvement with the project continued up to the stage where the hotel change was fully completed and established and the spa was operating according to plan and as anticipated.

The Organization of Central European Immigrants is an exclusive project designed for Senior Citizens which includes 103 apartments and 2 floors dedicated to nursing invalids or disabled residents. ProSpas part in this project includes: preparation of the swimming pool for therapeutic activities, planning and running various activities and hobby groups and also recruitment of staff for the daily operation of the project. These include pool staff and operators, lifeguards, hydro-therapists and instructors for water based exercise. In addition, ProSpa is responsible for recruiting instructors for Yoga, Tai Chi, meditation, Pilates, bone strengthening exercises and more. ProSpa is also responsible for providing treatment facilities and services for invalid residents and residents who are unable to care for themselves.

At the Hotel Pastoral in Kfar Blum, ProSpa supplied general support for the construction of a luxurious spa in a peaceful, pastoral setting, designed to provide extra facilities for the hotel's guests as well as an additional source of revenue. The project consisted of two main stages. The first stage included supervising the planning process with the support of advisors and professionals and supervision of the actual construction process. The second stage included all the parameters needed for the day to day running of the spa: marketing and sales, staff recruitment and training, development of a work ethic that ensures optimal operation. Due to the success of the project, hotel management will be able to raise room rates' and thereby guarantee a return on their investment that is not dependant on the spas profitability.

ProSpa assisted in the Hotel Hacienda project in Ma'alot by providing consultation services and planning assistance for the spa building with special emphasis being placed on the adaptation of the building to suit the special character and specific needs of the spa.

Nof Ginosar Hotel is an exclusive and prestigious hotel on the shores of the Sea of Galilee close to the city of Tiberius. The services provided to the hotel included a feasibility study, selection of contractors, consultation and the final decision regarding the choice of building for the spa and supervision of the actual construction process. When construction is completed, ProSpa is under contract to provide the hotel with all that is needed for the operation of the spa as part of a comprehensive service package. The services provided by ProSpa guarantee the hotel a significant reduction in building and operational costs. This project will commence in approximately six months when renovation of the hotel rooms is completed.

The Daniel-Shizen Hotel in Herzelia is an exclusive and prestigious Spa Hotel where, with the assistance of ProSpa, the spa facilities have recently undergone a total refit and been given a complete facelift. Amongst other services, ProSpa supervised the renovation of treatment rooms and the addition of new treatments to those already offered by the spa. A special emphasis was placed on providing treatments and treatment facilities that are in line with the hotel's character and needs. In addition, ProSpa provided the spa's management with advice and guidance regarding a new operational design for the spa including enrichment and expansion of the treatments offered, the formation of new work protocols, an increase in the number of treatments available, a change in marketing and sales strategies and more.

The Nobu Hotel in Herzelia Pituach is an apartment hotel with 250 rooms aimed at the top echelon of society. The hotel will be constructed on the roof of the exclusive Arena Mall in the Herzelia Marina and will include a spacious spa facility of some 300 square meters for which ProSpa will provide general consultation and advisory services. When completed, the spa will provide spa and treatment facilities to the hotel's residents and their guest's.

The David Citadel Hotel in Jerusalem, known for the high level of hospitality that it provides its guests, is planning the construction of a new 500 square meters spa facility with the aid of ProSpa. The services ProSpa will provide include consultation and assistance in the planning stages of the spa, overseeing the construction of the spa and management of the spa upon completion. The spa's facilities will include massage rooms, luxury treatment rooms for couples as well as cosmetic and pedicure facilities – all of the highest standards possible.

A new, modern spa facility is being planned for the exclusive Mamilla Hotel in Jerusalem. The new spa will include a gym and spa facilities that will provide fitness and life services to 600 members. The spa will be part of a spa management network and will be operated in close cooperation with the David Citadel spa.

The Eden Hill Hotel is an exclusive and prestigious hotel planned to stand in the heart of natural woodlands just a five minute drive from Tbilisi, the capital of the Republic of Georgia. The hotel will include 72 luxurious suites and a 1500 square meter spa that will be designed in an Eastern style and include natural sulfur pools, therapeutic mud baths and more. Amongst the services, ProSpa will provide the spa's team advice on how to build an operational strategy that will be in keeping with the character and culture of the local population.
  
 

 San Stephano is an exceptionally luxurious and prestigious hotel spread over an area of 45 acres that offers its guests a wide choice of rooms and private villas on the island of Corfu in Greece. A 2000 square meter spa is planned and the construction and later operation of the spa will be supervised by ProSpa who will also provide consultation services. The spa will incorporate treatment and relaxation facilities such as sauna's, Turkish bath's, Jacuzzi's and sports facilities. The sport facilities will include an indoor as well as an outdoor swimming pool, a gym, Pilates facilities, Spinning and a calisthenics facility.
   

The proposed spa at the Kinar Classic Hotel is intended to provide services to the religious community and has been planned with the aid and guidance of ProSpa whilst taking into account the special needs, demands and character of the guests. The spa will operate in a separate building, secluded from children and the general public and will consist of two separate wings – one for men and the other for women.

The Ein Gedi Spa is planned to be built in Kibbutz Ein Gedi, covering 1200 square meters on the eastern slope of a nearby mountain and will be separated from the hotel complex. From the spa there is a breathtaking, panoramic view of the Dead Sea, the beaches of Ein Gedi, the natural freshwater springs and "Har Hotzvim"
 mountain. ProSpa has been closely involved with the planning of the spa and who also advised as to the types of treatments and therapies available which will include sulfur pools that will utilize the kibbutz sulfur pits, a salt water pool, an immersion pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and more.

ProSpa was retained to provide consultation services for the planning stages of the spa which is set in a private residence and also to assist during the running-in period prior to final operation. The "House in Caesarea" is a unique spa that operates from a private residence and offers individual, intimate and pampering treatments and therapies to his residents. The spa covers an area of 700 square meters and includes a breathtakingly beautiful indoor swimming pool, an outdoor pool, Jacuzzi, dry sauna, wet sauna, gym, treatment rooms and a hairdresser's salon.
